Dr. Fung graduated with honors from Johns Hopkins University with a bachelor of science in biomedical engineering. He received a masters of science in biomedical engineering from Columbia University and worked as a research scientist, a biomedical engineer, and a software engineer before attending medical school, where he graduated cum laude. Dr. Fung has appointments to the medical staffs at Roswell Parck Cancer Institute and Cayuga Medical Center.
