Before moving to Ithaca in 2012 to join Orthopedic Specialists of CMA, Dr. Wilson was chief of the Department of Orthopedics at Brigham and Women’s/Faulkner Hospitals, as well as chief of the Foot and Ankle Surgery Program for the Harvard orthopedic system. Under Dr. Wilson’s leadership the foot and ankle fellowship program grew and a residency was developed for orthopedic physician assistants. In 1988 he was the M.E. Muller Fellow in Orthopedic Trauma at Sunnybrook Medical Center in Toronto and in 1991 he was a visiting fellow in foot and ankle surgery in Oakland, California.
