Before joining CMA in 2009, Dr. Dugan began his orthopedic practice in Ithaca in 1982, dividing his time between private practice and Gannett Health Services at Cornell University, where he gained considerable experience in sports medicine. He has been the team physician for Cornell Hockey for the past twenty years. As a Cornell undergraduate, Dr. Dugan was an All-Ivy in tennis and is a member of the Cornell University Athletic Hall of Fame. He remains an athlete and enjoys caring for athletes.
