Dr. Kelly grew up in the Binghamton area and went to the State University of New York at Oswego, where he graduated with top honors with a Bachelor of Science degree in biochemistry and a forensics minor. After completing medical school at the West Virginia School of Osteopathic Medicine in Lewisburg, WV, he returned home to complete his residency in family medicine at United Health Services’ Wilson Hospital in Johnson City. Dr. Kelly joined Cayuga Health in July 2020. When not caring for patients, Dr. Kelly enjoys travel and spending time with his wife and dogs.
