Dr. Radloff joined the Sports Medicine team at Cayuga Medical Center in January of 2018 after practicing non-surgical orthopedics and primary care sports medicine for more than a decade in Flagstaff, Arizona. Dr. Radloff served as a team physician for the Northern Arizona University Lumberjacks, in addition to providing medical support to the community, local high school athletes and teams, and numerous elite athletes that traveled to Flagstaff for altitude training. Since starting with Cayuga Medical Center, she has continued to focus on providing care for acute injuries, evaluation of bone health, and management of overuse injuries. Dr. Radloff is also experienced in ultrasound evaluation and diagnostic injections. She serves as a team physician for TC3 and Ithaca College, and is the medical director for the Cayuga Lakes Triathlon.

Dr. Radloff played collegiate volleyball for the University of Tulsa and has continued playing at the club level, but has also branched out to mountain biking, road cycling, and downhill and cross-country skiing. She is married to Karl Granroth, a Physician Assistant and former Biathlete. Along with their two young children, Annaliese and Kaarina, they love to travel and experience new places.
