Jillian Kelly was most recently a family nurse practitioner at United Health Services’ Wilson Memorial Hospital in Johnson City before coming to Cayuga Health in November 2020. As a family nurse practitioner, she focuses on acute visits, transitional care management, physicals, wellness exams, and follow-up visits. She is originally from Long Island before moving upstate to attend Binghamton University, Binghamton, NY. At Binghamton University, she received Bachelor of Science degrees in biology (2012) and nursing (2015) before receiving a Master of Science degree in the Family Nurse Practitioner program in 2018 at the university. While studying to be a family nurse practitioner, she was a registered nurse in the emergency department and observational unit at Wilson Memorial Hospital and earlier a nursing assistant at that hospital. Outside of work, she enjoys traveling with her husband, playing with their dogs, and exercise.
