Foundation Annual Gala: “An Evening to Care”

net was raised at 2010 event to go towards CMC’s New Surgical Services Suites

2010 (Ithaca, NY) – The
Cayuga Medical Center Foundation is proud to announce that this year’s annual gala
“An Evening to Care”,
raised
$50,000 net. Cayuga
Medical Center Foundation’s Gala 2010 co-chairs, Loren Colbert and Susan McCutcheon are proud to announce that
this year’s annual gala proceeds
will be used for the major renovation of the surgical services department at Cayuga Medical Center. This renovation will include new construction to the surgical
services suite on the main campus. There will be an overall
reconfiguration of the surgical suite space to enhance technological
capabilities, meet the community’s needs, and improve and enhance operational
efficiencies.
Jan Hertel, Executive
Director of Cayuga Medical Center’s Foundation said “We are so fortunate to
have the strong commitment from our community that supports the medical center
in helping us stay at the leading edge of technology. Cayuga Medical Center is focused on the best care for each individual in our community.”
The Surgical
Services fundraising initiative will continue this year and throughout 2011. If
